Eva's 3rd Birthday...and 1st Haircut

Our baby girl is three years old!!

Eva is such a joy to have in our lives. She makes us laugh every day. She has a great imagination and spends alot of her day pretending to be a horse! She loves horses. Eva is very smart and we are amazed at the things she says. She likes to take things apart for some reason. If she finds a string or a rope it will most likely end up being tied around one of her stuffed animals. She loves hot dogs. She absolutely adores her Daddy!! Whenever she looks at words she always points out her letters - E, V, and A. If we get upset with her she tells us to be happy. Then she says, "I love to be happy." She is just the cutest little girl I know!! We love her so much! Happy Birthday, Eva!!Aunt McKenzie helped me with Eva's cake. Actually, all I did was bake the cake...she did the hard work of decorating. Eva had been telling me for two months that she was going to have a pink cake for her birthday and she loved this one. Aunt McKenzie gave Eva her very first haircut. She cut off about 3 inches and it made Eva look older instantly!

Ely's Blessing

Ely was blessed on Sunday. He wore the same thing Brian wore when he was blessed. It was made by Brian's Grandma. Ely is bigger than Brian was, though; the vest part barely fit around Ely's belly! He looked very cute. We had lots of family come to support us. We had lunch at our house afterwards with 48 people!! We were grateful to have everyone here. Thank you!!
