Kasota Sagehens

Here are some pictures from our lunch with the Kasota Sagehens. It was fun to see these ladies that I remember from when I was younger and we would have our summer Kasota Sagehens picnics! They thought Eva and Ely were very cute...of course I have to agree!! That's my mom in the black...she's pretty cute, too!!

House Party playdate

So, some of you might know that I am into free stuff and couponing and I just wanted to share one of my favorite ways to get free stuff and coupons (at the same time) and also use it to spend more time with friends and/or family.
I apply to do "house parties" online at http://www.houseparty.com/. This is a nationwide thing where you apply for a party and if you get selected they send you a package full of great things for you and the guests at your party. They have parties for all kinds of things - food products, sporting events, games, etc. Parties I have been selected for have been for Dominos Pizza, BIC Soleil razors, Febreze, and Sandwich Thins (yummy!!).
I just had another House Party on Saturday. It was for Philadelphia Cooking Creme. It was lots of fun and the food we made was fantastic. I just did the party as a lunchtime playdate. My sister-in-law was able to be there and a few friends from church came with their kids. A great time was had by all (I think). Plus, they all went home with coupons, new wooden spoons, cooking tips, and other goodies.
Anyway, I just thought I would share because I think it is fun!! Paisley, Ely, and Eva Paisley, Mataya, Ely, and Eva

Megan - thank you so much for coming and helping with the food. Eva had tons of fun with the girls and really wants to come to your house soon!

Jeff - we are glad you were there too. We love having you guys over!!

Visit to the Farm

Earlier this month we went to see Gma and Gpa on the farm. We all had lots of fun!
Sorry there are no pictures of mom. She was there and we had fun with her, too! She took me, Eva, and Ely with her for the Kasota Sagehens lunch at Perkins and the old ladies just thought the kids were adorable!! It was fun. And, thanks for babysitting Friday night, Mom.
Ely can't wait until he is big enough to go play outside with Grandpa! Eva had fun seeing the cows. She really wanted to pet a calf, but didn't get the chance. Maybe next time!
Big tires in the pasture.
She loves going on the tractor with Grandpa.
This is Eva on the tractor the same time last year!
