Yes, Boe is already over one week old...he'll be two weeks Wednesday!! Here are some pictures from his first few hours/days with us.
Boe Dane Grimm was born on Wednesday, 2/27/2013, at 1:36 a.m.
Weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces
21 inches long
14 1/4 inch head circumference
I started having little contractions at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. I got off work at 6 and by 6:30 they were starting to get a bit painful. We called my parents and they were here in record time so they could stay with Eva and Ely and we could go to the hospital. Brian and I went to the hospital at about 10:15 p.m. Tuesday. My midwife met us there. My water broke at 12:45 a.m. and I pushed for almost an hour to get our baby here. I have pushed for 45 minutes to an hour with all three of our kids. For some reason they all want to come out posterior (face up). Boe turned right at the last push! We were excited to finally have him here (5 days past our due date). I was very happy to make it through without any medication and no tearing.
It was hard work, but luckily I had my best friend there to help me through. Brian was amazing and such a great support through my labor!

Boe at home with mom. He is such a good baby. Still so sleepy right now! I was surprised when Boe was born because he actually has hair! Eva and Ely hardly had any hair when they were born.
