So, Eva and I were in the kitchen making banana bread. I had the step stool out (because I'm short and can't reach everything in my cupboards), and Eva decided it looked like fun. I thought it was cute because she was trying to climb it. Needless to say, I didn't really think she could do it. A couple minutes later, I moved the step stool out of my way and continued making the bread. Eva crawled over to where I moved it to play with it some more. The next thing I knew, I turned around and she was standing on the first step with a big smile!! She was very proud of herself. I let her try again so I could record it and show Brian. (There is no sound because I recorded this on my digital camera, and I don't know how to rotate it.)Sunday, September 21, 2008
Eva, you're too little to be doing that!!

They do learn these things way too quickly!! the video is very cute! Ethan was always good at the climbing and getting into stuff. It's cute, but a bit unerving at times. :)
Isn't it fun to watch them do new things?!! Um...HEY!! that chair in the background.......are those the same chairs from your place when we lived together? It sure looks like it! Don't worry, we've got plenty of that still goin' on.
Wow Eva is growing so fast. She can't grow that fast, I have only seen her once and she wasn't even a little baby that time! That video is so cute. She is pretty good at climbing, watch out!
Oh yeah Heather, those are definitely the chairs, and the clear glass table!! It's done us well for many years now!
wow! she is growing up so fast! i think could baby sit for you tomorrow. we have stairs though and i don't have a baby gate yet so if you have one that would work. let me know if you still need a sitter.
