Heart & Sole 5K

Brian and I ran in another 5K on Saturday. I was really happy with my time...33 minutes. The race started and ended at the new hospital they are building up on the hill. The first half was great because it was all downhill, but then we had to go back up...which wasn't as great. But we made it. I let Brian take off ahead of me in the beginning since we didn't have Eva in the stroller this time. He finished five minutes before me. I'm so grateful he wants to run with me. It helps me stay motivated! Here we are after the race. Thank you to Brian's sister, Charmaine, for bringing Eva to meet us at the finish line. I think we would have died trying to push her back up the hill in the stroller! You can see my belly in the picture. I am now 23 weeks pregnant (around 5 months). When I was pregnant with Eva, I ran until I was 30 weeks and then stuck to walking.
The next race is on July 10th, so if anyone wants to come and run and/or walk with me and Brian, that would be awesome!!!

You are awesome! I love running I just can't seem to find enough time to go when I want. I would totally run with you but we are moving June 19th. Maybe next year when we come back to visit. Good luck with your new little one.

Good job guys! We never go for speed, but at least we try sometimes, right? I guess it's a good thing you didn't run that 5K with me last summer because you would have hated running so slow!

Your awesome! Im too lazy to run and when I do my ankles pop because I blew them out when I was little. I would also never imagine running pregnant. I wish I had your motivation. I love Eva's horses in the pic and so does Tavon. My parents thought she was so cute at the birthday party.
